Visibility group controls the elements that will be shown and possibly exported to DXF

Raw Values – The points generated by 2Dscanner without the digital leveling correction. Needed at vertical or inclined scans.
- Raw and corrected points will have insignificant difference in most of the cases.
- For vertical scans use allways raw data. Corrected points will be showing something like a straight line.
Corrected with pitch – This checkbox will show the points after the leveling correction. 2Dscanner is equipped with a high precision accelerometer. Every measurement is digitally corrected if the device is not leveled. So there is no need for accurate leveling of 2Dscanner. More info on this subject are available in the spirit level page of mobile app.
Points – Shows all the exact points taken in addition to the line that connects the points.
Signal Strength – Shows the signal strength with a circle. The smallest the circle the better the signal. If there are larger circles, measurement at those points cannot be trusted.
2Dscanner Position – Shows with a circle the position of 2Dscanner and inside the circle there will be a distinctive number.
Notes – Shows the text notes and the points where they were inserted.
Traced Lines – Shows traced lines that were generated by interpolation of measured points. See more at Trace Lines page. The traced lines appear in red color after you enable this Check Box.
Max deviation (mm) – The maximum deviation (always in mm) of the theoretical line from the points. Therefore the distance of the furthest point from the line. All the points that belong to a line have some perpendicular distance from the theoretical line that they belong. The maximum of these distances is shown near the point that it corresponds too. This information shown only if more than 2mm and is visible only in editor and is not exported in the DXF file.
Trace Lines Max Dist. – It’s the maximum distance of a point from the line created from adjacent points. If lower than this the point will be taken as it belongs to a line. If the scan is for large spaces you have to increase this number. If a point has a distance from a line smaller than this it will be considered in line.
Dimensions – Shows the linear and angular dimensions automatically generated by the system. Dimensions will not be exported to DXF.
Dimension Scale – This is the scale factor for the dimensions.
